When you arrive at innerhaven the last thing you want to think of is cooking a meal! If you’ve had a long day out in the hills you’ll just want to flop on the sofa, or relax outside by the river. So why not just put your feet up, and let Aneela - who’s a superb cook - arrange a delicious home cooked meal delivered to your door, or ready waiting in the fridge on your arrival. All you need to do is heat it up!
Aneela’s cooking is very popular and everyone is always in for a surprise when trying out her delicious recipes. Favourites include roasted vegetable lasagne with bruschetta topped with tomatoes and basil, beef bourgignon with mustard mash, or her main speciality - traditional home cooked curry such as chicken madras, lamb vindaloo or saag aloo (spinach and potatoes).
Our aim is to source our ingredients from local suppliers and producers - not just because it’s important to do our bit for the local economy - but because the local produce is so good, it enhances the taste and flavour of our dishes.
We can also advise you on the best places to shop for local produce. Just ask!
How to order
We require you to make your order at the time of booking, selecting which day or days you would like the food to be prepared, and for how many people. We also need to know whether there is anyone in the group with dietary requirements, vegan or vegetarian so that everyone can enjoy the delights of Aneela’s cooking.
It would also be helpful if guests select which sample menu is preferred so that Aneela can create a menu that is suited to the tastes of the group. Please advise if you wish a one, two or three course meal. Costs per person are outlined below.
All costs for preparing meals should be paid at the time of booking.
If you decide to order after you have made your booking Aneela requires 48 hours notice in order to prepare a freshly home cooked meal. This will need to be paid in full in advance of arrival.
