Welcome

Innerhaven is a beautiful old townhouse in Innerleithen that comfortably sleeps six (and it's just as popular with couples too!).

Located by the Leithen Water in Innerleithen, one of Peeblesshire's most scenic towns, some of our guests say that it’s historic exterior didn't quite prepare them for what's inside – a stunning mixture of old and new that has prompted reviews and guest comments from "just right" to "fabulous in every way." We've even been 'mystery shopped' and come out with flying colours!

Warm, luxurious & practical

Innerhaven self catering in Innerleithen provides a warm, relaxing and particularly practical place to stay in the Tweed Valley area of the Scottish Borders. Whether you want to relax inside with friends or family, or get out and explore, Innerhaven's an ideal alternative to hotel, B&B and bunkhouse accommodation when you're looking for accommodation next to the trails of Innerleithen and Glentress and the rolling hills of the Tweed Valley.

Convenient

Just 45 minutes away from Scotland's capital city, and right next door to the world-famous Glentress and Innerleithen 7Stanes mountainbike centres the ground floor of our characterful old whinstone house has been lovingly refurbished so that our Scottish Borders self catering holiday cottage is well equipped for all your needs. It's perfectly located for outdoors lovers, especially mountain bikers - it's just seconds away from some of Scotland’s best mountain biking, fishing, golfing and walking on the Southern Upland Way.

Sleep easy

Innerhaven benefits from spacious rooms and easy access throughout – off the large hall you'll find two gorgeous bedrooms with all bedding and towels provided.

Lee Pen

Our master en-suite bedroom comfortably sleeps two in either twin beds or a super king size double bed. Just let us know in advance which you'd prefer – the super King Size, or twin bed arrangement. If you draw the long straw and bag this room, you can luxuriate in your very own shower, the perfect way to reflect on a great day's riding at Glentress, or contemplate the miles covered on the Southern Upland Way.

Caddon Bank

The larger of the two rooms, Caddon Bank sleeps four with ease – in twin beds, and a comfortable bunk bed too that's not just for the kids!

And although Caddon Bank doesn't have its own en-suite loo, there's a good sized second bathroom/shower room just off the hall – so there's no need to queue for that long hot soak you deserve after a trip round the 7 Stanes.

You'll also find:

  • A high chair
  • Travel cot
  • Iron & Ironing board

Relax

You'll finding relaxing comes naturally. Providing our guests with a warm, luxurious, and practical place to stay in the Scottish Borders has been our aim – let us know if we've managed.

At the end of a small wheelchair-friendly ramp off the bamboo floored hallway lies the biggest surprise of all – a huge open plan living area with exposed beams, and views to the Leithen Water at the rear of the house. Being open-plan, the spacious living area is the perfect place for socialising – but innerhaven has plenty of nice neuks and crannies too – so you'll find your own space to recover from, or reflect on the days events. Flop on the sofa, grab a book, map or magazine from the shelf…and relax!

You won't miss any home comforts as there's:

  • Free WiFi
  • FM Radio, MP3/iPOD docking station
  • Freeview SKY TV
  • DVD player

There's a stack of DVD's, books, games and magazines too.
